We are a group of young entrepreneurs and professionals who believe that it is inevitable for Türkiye to realize the National Technology Initiative in order to raise its voice for a better world and to be one of developed societies in terms of economy and life quality.

T3 Foundation Quality Policy
As the Turkish Technology Team Foundation (T3 Foundation), our mission is to ensure the participation of talented youth and individuals of all age groups in technology development processes; to spread the culture of technology production across the country; and to lead Türkiye’s scientific and technological transformation. In line with this vision, we adopt it as a core principle to conduct all our activities in compliance with national and international quality standards.
Our quality policy is built upon the following principles:
- To be a foundation that contributes to the technological development of our country by carrying out education, research, and technology development activities at international standards,
- To execute all our processes based on scientific methods, in a measurable, traceable manner, and in accordance with high quality standards; and to continuously improve our quality management system by documenting it within the framework of the ISO 9001 standard,
- To adopt a process approach, establishing a data-driven decision-making culture across all foundation activities, while systematically managing risks and opportunities,
- To reach the strategic goals of the Foundation effectively and efficiently by strengthening teamwork through a total quality management approach,
- To develop innovation-focused, sustainable solutions that generate value for society by taking into account feedback received from students, educators, and all stakeholders in our projects,
- To enhance knowledge production, innovation, and technological superiority by supporting interdisciplinary collaboration in R&D and educational activities,
- To build an organizational culture that supports employee development, encourages learning, and relies on continuous improvement by adopting a human-centric approach throughout the Foundation's entire structure,
- To adopt reliability and transparency as core values by adhering to legal regulations, ethical principles, and social responsibility awareness in all our activities,
- To contribute to our country’s technological independence and sustainable development by establishing strong partnerships with public institutions, educational organizations, industry, and the technology ecosystem.
In line with these principles, the T3 Foundation resolutely commits to maintaining continuous quality across all technology development and educational processes, and to creating value for its stakeholders and society.
